Banana Nut Smoothie

2 bananas

1 1/2 Cups spinach, chard or kale

1/2 Cup cucumber

2 tbsp unsweetened coconut

2 tbsp cocoa

1 tbsp flax seed

1/3 Cup walnuts

1 1/2 Cups filtered water or almond milk

ice

cocoa nibs to sprinkle on top (optional)

 

Place ingredients in a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Serves 2 – 3
