Easy Guacamole

2 Ripe Avocados

1 Lime

1 Garlic clove, minced

Salt to taste

 

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.  Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado with the lime juice, garlic and salt until desired consistency. Chill for 30 minutes before serving
