Peanut Butter and Jelly smoothie

Peanut butter and Jelly Smoothie  

1 banana

1 Cup spinach, chard or kale

1 Cup frozen blueberries

2 tbsp natural peanut butter

2 tbsp flax seed

1 1/2  Cups filtered water or almond milk

Place all ingredients in a blender in the order given and blend until smooth. Serves 2.
